Riding the Waves

The past few years have been quite a ride. So much so that my original intention to make regular posts to this blog fell by the wayside. So much has happened and has been happening, that I don't even know where to begin. Also, the immense shifts that are occurring in the collective consciousness of Humanity are expressing themselves in my own life and awareness as well. This process has been fucking challenging, amazing, fun, way not fun, exquisite, breath-taking, and just a tad difficult to put into simple, linear thought so as to be shareable here. I've gone through some really bumpy, dark, unpleasant times recently, but thankfully, especially since the New Year, things seem to have opened rather dramatically. I finally feel like I've gotten through the hardest part of this shadow-bubbling-to-the-surface-to-be-burned-off process, and my life feels like it's flowing much more easefully.  Basically I just want to let anyone who might be wondering know that I am, indeed, still around. I do, also, still have the desire and intention to make somewhat regular posts here.

I have waited my entire life to see what is now unfolding in the world. There is so much awakening, healing, integrating, opening, and ridiculously potent shifts in awareness occurring, and it is beautiful to observe. There is a hell of a lot of scary, dark, unpleasant stuff going on too, but when you keep your sights on the body of the butterfly forming in the dying form of the caterpillar, you get a glimpse of the astounding possibilities which are rapidly emerging in and through every one of us. When a caterpillar forms a cocoon or chrysalis, it's body begins to dissolve, and new cells (called ironically imaginal cells) begin to appear. The caterpillar's immune system, however, which is simply determining self from not self, does not recognize these new cells as self, so it attacks them. Many waves of these imaginal cells are destroyed by the caterpillar's immune response. More and more imaginal cells keep appearing, and soon they begin finding each other and clumping together to form new structures. Eventually so many imaginal cells arise that they and the new structures that they form overwhelm the immune system of the caterpillar, and the body of the butterfly is born. This is exactly what is happening in the world and in the collective human consciousness at the moment.

Take heart. Things are changing very, very rapidly now. This process will not be stopped, so relax and enjoy it. ;-)

Putting Words to the Inexpressible

It has been quite a long time since I have last posted, and while I have desired several times to post something over the past year, in honesty I have been at a loss for words.  2010 was a very, very challenging year for me.  There were many beautiful moments to be sure, but as a whole, last year kicked the shit out of me.  I learned and grew immensely from the experiences that I had, and now, going into June of 2011, the draw to write again is becoming to strong to ignore any longer.

Part of the problem is that so much of my experiences, understanding, knowing is so multidimensional, multi-faceted, and so much a part of an unbroken whole (integral/integrated/(w)holistic), that I have been very reticent to attempt to translate it into words.  I have decided, however, because I feel it is important, to do my best.  So here I am once again, translating the inexpressible into analogies, metaphors, and parables that, when seen together as a whole, help to convey that which I am attempting to describe.  This whole translating thing is a natural aspect of who and what I am, one of my many aspects so to speak.  It's partly why I love language in general, and the many languages of the world.  Each human language expresses some aspect of experience and dimension of life with exquisitely deep and nuanced succinctness, while other areas it glosses over with one or two words.  Every language is different in this regard.  Each is an utterly unique lens through which to view the world.  That's one reason that learning multiple languages is so beneficial; it gives you many perspectives.

As inter-dimensional translators we have an impossible task, since what we hope to describe in truth can never be fully expressed in this context of being.  Distortions are a given.  They always exist in this sort of communication.  That does not mean that we will not do our absolute best to make things as clear as possible, with as few distortions as possible.  I learned of this ability many years ago when it was apparently triggered by reading Jane Roberts and the Seth Material (Wikipedia, Seth Network International).  When I first began reading the material (and this took years mind you, as there are a great many books) I could only read a page or 2 at a time before I had to put the book down, close my eyes, and process what I had just read.  They were very information-dense.  Then I noticed a curious thing.  As I would read, I would feel this very odd acceleration within my mind, almost like gears speeding up. When that was completed, as I would read, I would begin receiving all sorts of information about what I was reading...fleshing out the words with a much fuller dimensionality.

This information felt like innumerable threads, every one connected to every other one.  The information would come to me as concepts, ideas, images, feelings, analogies, and the like.  In this manner my mind was blown wide open many, many, many times.  Then I began to notice that when I was talking with people on anything related to the greater dimensions of Reality, Identity, "God", and the like, I would begin to feel this same strange mental acceleration.  Information would begin to come to me in the same manner, which I would speak, and in actuality, translate for the people with whom I was speaking.  Pretty soon the mental acceleration aspect of the experience stopped, and from that point on I could tune into these threads of information whenever I needed, on the fly.  That was many years ago.

Another interesting thing that caught my attention was that sometimes the information would flow quickly and easily, and other times it would come in a much more haltering fashion, very stop and go, no matter how much I desired to speak it.  I eventually realized that it was the people themselves with whom I was speaking that determined how the information flowed, and what came through.  It was dependent of where they were in their psycho-spiritual development or stages of consciousness.  The most amazing thing about some of those times when it would flow freely and easily was that every now and again the information coming through me would go beyond even where I had ever been, and would blow my own mind wide open along with those individuals with whom I was speaking.  As the words would be coming out of my mouth I would be saying, "Oh my God, oh my God...".

This inter-dimensional translating has become such a natural and innate aspect of who I am that most of my friends are quite accustomed to it now, even though it still tends to blow their minds wide open.  This is one of several reasons that I am here on the planet at this time.  While I did not at all expect this first post after so much time to be so long and involved, and am quite surprised that it is, this is just the beginning.  I have much, much more to say...so, until next time!

Into the Fire of Purification

As I mentioned in my last post, the New Year began with startling extremes of experience in my life.  I haven't posted anything since then because within the course of one month my life has basically disintegrated.  It dissolved before my eyes.  This process occurred with such rapidity as to give me whiplash.  It has also been extremely difficult and painful.  I did my best to keep my center, but in honesty I was in a very bad place for weeks.  I even went out in the desert alone to do shadow work and gain clarity and understanding on the events transpiring in my life.  The feelings of pain, loss, grief, desolation, confusion, being lost, loneliness were overwhelming to me, and for a time, I honestly didn't care if I lived or died.  I felt I had lost everything important in my life.

Only in the past 2 days (since February 1st) have I been able to come back to my center...back to myself.  I laughed and felt peace and calm for the first time in a month.  A huge part of the shift within me was the realization that a good portion of my suffering came from holding on to what had already past, even if only very recently.  I had to let go, release, accept what was, and surrender in trust to the process; that I would be taken exactly where I needed to be, and that I would be fine.  This did not by any means happen immediately. I resisted.   I tried to grasp what was slipping through my fingers.  In the end, however, I finally did let go.  I stopped fighting and resisting.  I stopped trying to hold on.  I cried and I grieved.  That night I actually laughed, and laughed my ass off at that.  The next morning I felt immense peace and calm.  I felt strongly centered within myself once again.  I finally could see that trusting the process and my own deeper knowing was absolutely essential.  I began to relax and sink into the flow of change in my life; to live completely in the unknown and have that be OK.  I began to simply trust that I would be shown the way.  The more I did this, and the more I focused in gratitude at the beauty of the moment, the more the magic, miracles, and mystery of  the moment began to reappear in my experience.  It's so curious how once we have passed through a difficult time in our lives and come out the other side, we can clearly see how easily it would have been to get ourselves out of that place, yet when we were in the middle of it we couldn't see the way out to save our lives.

My intuitions had not totally left me while I was experiencing all this, thankfully.  One thing that I clearly understood was that I had critically important lessons in these experiences.  I also knew that I was not going through this only for myself, but for all of Humanity.  I knew that what I experiencing was happening to many at this time, and that it was very important that I learned how to handle this much radical change at one time, and in trust of the process.  I knew that by successfully navigating these events in my life now, it would allow me to assist others later when this began happening to them.  I realized that as we approach The Shift, and as the energies continued to exponentially accelerate and increase in intensity, that those sensitive to these energetic changes would be affected first.  They are forcing us (or you could say we are forcing ourselves, from a greater perspective) to face our shadows.  It's basically like a fire that is burning away anything within us that is not us - that is not in alignment with our true natures.  We who are experiencing these difficult times now, and learning to find our security and power within ourselves, are the forerunners.  It is essential that we face our shit now, so to speak, to face any remaining dysfunctional patterns that remain within us, if we are to not only pass through the coming shifts fairly easily, but also so that we will be able to help others as more and more portions of the global population begin to go through the same process of purification.  We will be the midwives for the birth of the next version of Humanity.  We will be the way-showers; the light-bringers.

If you are going through very difficult and painful times in your life right now, know that it is a result of old patterns surfacing so that you may face and release them.  This is important work, and you can do it.  I believe in you.  I had people believe in me when I did not believe in myself.  I now return the favor.  We can do this together.  We are ALL in this together.  There is no separation.  Period.

I leave you with this quote from Louise Hay that helped me greatly in my darkest hours:

"When I feel overwhelmed by circumstances around me, I recognize that these are only old patterns coming up. I quietly go within and ask myself, "What is best for me?" All confusion then leaves me, and I become clear with regard to the step I ought to take." - Louise L. Hay

The New Year

2010 has come in with a huge BANG! My own life has been filled to the brim with ridiculous extremes of experience. I have been centering myself in the midst of an intense storm of difficult and exquisite change and transition that the New Year has brought with it; confusion and clarity, agony and ecstasy, grief and bliss, discomfort and pleasure, loss and Love. The energies of 2010 don't play around...

The intuition that I get about all of this is that as we get closer and closer to The Shift - The Great Awakening of Humanity, the energies that are manifesting in our world at the moment will become more and more intense, and everything will continue to accelerate at ever increasing rates.  In this process it's our job to keep our center and balance in the middle of the storm.  Learning to sit with those things which are uncomfortable, learning to remain non-attached, learning to live completely in the NOW/HERE, appreciating and having gratitude for the beauty in your life...basically remaining open and flexible in all situations.

The one lesson that knocked me upside the head going into the New Year is that no matter how much you think you know or understand, no matter how you define yourself or your life, no matter how much you think your life is set and on course, life (you really, from a greater perspective) has a way of utterly changing your world.  Be prepared for massive paradigm shifts at any moment.

In the midst of such intense, deep, amazing, and difficult change and transition the one thing I have found immensely useful in maintaining my center is being consistent with my daily practice. That would be my suggestion to anyone who is feeling lost and confused in the middle of the storm; create a daily practice that helps you find and maintain your center and balance.

2009 was by far the most phenomenal year of my life.  With how 2010 began, I can only imagine what lies in store...Happy New Year!

The Maharishi Effect: A Formula for Transformation

I recently heard an interview with Ken Wilber where he said that he didn't believe any major shift could possibly come by 2012.  The reason he gave was because 70% of the world's population was at or below a certain stage of development (in terms of Spiral Dynamics and Ken's own nomenclature that level would be Amber, Blue, Mythic, among other designations) in terms of consciousness, which would basically make that sort of leap impossible.  This got me to thinking and meditating.  This process catalyzed some interesting insights within me, and opened me to a much clearer perspective on this whole issue.  There are certain influences that either Ken is not taking into account, or which he simply considers unimportant.

First and foremost, is the strong feeling by myself and many others that there is an very noticeable, almost palpable, exponential increase in the intensity and acceleration of our general energetic environment as we get closer to whatever this Shift is.  This is having the effect of basically forcing us to awaken and face our dysfunctional patterns and release them, or if we choose not to do this internal "house cleaning," to have to deal with ever-increasing stress and difficulties in our lives (basically a world that seems like it is careening out of control).

The second thing that Ken does not seem to take into account is the fact that we are deeply and intimately connected, (actually interconnected) with everyone (and everything) else as the consciousness that we are; that is the ground of our being.  A very significant second layer to this is our unity as a species.  From this perspective we are all part of the collective consciousness of Humanity, and we are not only affected by it, but also affect it by our every thought and action.

In my meditation, the idea (that I had heard previously) about a particular formula that expressed the minimum number of people that could affect dramatic change, popped into my mind.  The formula stated that if the square root of one percent of any given population meditated, that they could profoundly influence the surrounding population.  As I investigated further, I finally came to the originators of this concept, and the scientists who have been conducting  research worldwide to test it.  Maharishi Mahesh Yogi (who brought Transcendental Meditation to the world) originally came up with 2 formulas for affecting change in the world.  He said that only one percent of any given dispersed population meditating could have a strong effect on the whole.  Very interestingly, he also said that only the square root of one percent of a given population was necessary to effect change if these meditators came together in a group.  Apparently coming together as a group dramatically intensified their overall power of influence on the whole.

For those who are interested in some of the research and references regarding the effects of meditation on regional and global violence and conflict, here are a few useful links:

The Impact of Collective Consciousness on World Peace

One Percent for Peace - The Real War on Terror - An Interview with John Davies

Dubrovnik Peace Project - Scientific Research - The Maharishi Effect

So, for those who are realizing the immense power and influence of meditation and focused intention on the whole of the collective consciousness of our species, here are the formulas to utilize in your organizational efforts:

1% of any given population (city, region, world) if the meditating group is dispersed.

√1% of any given population (city, region, world) if the meditating group is together.

To effect useful change in the world as a whole, based on a population of 7 billion people (carried forward slightly), we would need to organize 70,000,000 individuals dispersed worldwide, or 8,367 individuals in one place.

This information shows very clearly that our individual efforts do indeed have far more of an effect in the world than most of us would generally imagine.  What can you do with this knowledge?

1.) Start a personal practice of meditating every day, even if only for a short time.  Do this for yourself as well as with the intention to awaken Humanity.

2.) Organize groups of meditators with the focused heart-based visualization and conscious intention to awaken our species.

3.) Use this information as a jumping off point to do more research that you can share with others.  Let as many people as possible know what you have learned.

What glorious possibilities await us...

Happy meditating!

Cleaning House, Releasing "Energetic Hooks," and the Coming Shift

2009 has been a truly phenomenal year for me.  In honesty, it has actually been the most amazing year of my life.  I feel that I have learned and grown so ridiculously much within that time period that it truly has made my cute bald head spin.  I am more fulfilled than I have ever been in my life.  I feel I am expressing more of my true vocations, passions, loves, excitements, and my life's work than at any other time in my life.  Every day my life has become more and more filled with joy, pleasure, bliss, and ecstasy; indeed exquisite to behold.

A significant part of this glorious unfolding has been the integration of several powerful transformative practices into my daily life.  While there have been a great many that I have, and continue to explore and implement in my life, there are certain ones that I feel have made the greatest impact on my day-to-day experience.  These transformative practices are:

1.) Brainwave Entrainment Hemispheric Synchronization Affirmation CDs (that I created myself).

2.) Polarity Therapy (both as a recipient and as a practitioner).

3.) EFT/WHEE (I just discovered WHEE, but find it to be exceedingly promising).

4.) 5 Tibetan Rites (I practice these every morning to begin my day).

5.) Entheogenic Mushroom Journeys (done on a consistent basis over several months as a sacred ritual, using intuitions).

6.) Meditation

Now, one thing I should mention is that the effects of these transformative practices were not usually evident immediately.  Rather, they expressed themselves over time, in both subtle and profound ways.  One experience that was very noticeable (especially with polarity) was that any unfaced emotions, difficulties, dynamics, and the like, would bubble to the surface.  Mind you, although I crave learning and growth, and I tend to dive headlong into challenging situations, this was really not fun.  In fact, for weeks on end, I was in my own living hell, dealing with all the "stuff" that I had hidden inside myself and refused to face.  After this emotional debris was cleared away, however, I felt immensely much more connected and in-tune with my true nature, with a much lighter, more peaceful perspective on things.

The learning and growth that I experienced while practicing these methods caused changes and shifts in my level of consciousness, understanding, and perspective that have remained with me to this day.  In fact, although I just stabilized after once such (quite major) shift in awareness, I feel as if I am on the verge of yet another leap in understanding and awakening.  I can feel it brewing under the surface.

As I've cleared away beliefs and patterns within myself that are not in alignment with my true nature, and come to new levels of understanding and awareness, there are a few interesting things which I've noticed.  One is that as I clear more internally, the rest of what needs to be cleared becomes much easier to perceive.  Also, because I'm now more aware of what does still need to be released, the physical manifestations of those dysfunctional patterns jump up in my life, as if they're saying, "Hey!  Look at me!  Face me NOW!".  While, again, this definitely isn't so fun when it happens, it can be a powerful catalyst for learning and growth if I don't fall into my same old reactions when these patterns are activated.  One fascinating understanding that came to me while going through this process was that if we release our "energetic hooks," then negative emotions, situations, events, disease/illness/sickness, and the like, can no longer attach to us.  They simply slide off us like water off a duck's back.  I noticed this very experience in my own life.  Even if there were perhaps certain limiting beliefs that I still held on some level, when they expressed themselves physically, it was not directly in my own experience, but came to me through someone else's experience.

Intuitively I feel strongly that this process of facing and releasing our internal limiting beliefs, AKA "cleaning house," is very important at this time in our history.  As we move closer to the Great Awakening of our species, it becomes more and more critical that we each individually and collectively deal with our "shit," so to speak.  Doing so will make our transition through this shift much easier than if we don't.  For those who do not do such internal house cleaning, the closer we get to the Shift, the more difficulty they will experience in their lives.  The reason for this is because the energy is intensifying and accelerating immensely the closer we get to this point in our history.  This energy is basically forcing us (we're forcing ourselves, really) to rediscover our true natures within ourselves; to awaken to who and what we truly are, and in so doing is making us face all those internal imposed limitations that keep us in bondage.  If they are not faced and released, however, life will become increasingly more stressful, and difficult, and out of control.  If we do choose to do our internal work now, then life can, and will, become more and more amazing and fulfilling each and every day.  It will simply flow much more easily.  To go through this Shift easily, our energies must be flowing freely.  All blocks must be faced and released.  Period.

The choice, as always, is yours.  You can choose to consciously face your limiting, dysfunctional beliefs, patterns, and perspectives now, or choose not to do so and be forced to do it later, with immensely more difficulties associated with the process.

In any case, prepare yourself for the ride of your life!

Dr. Bruce Lipton: Laying the Foundation for a New Humanity, Part 1

Bruce Lipton is a phenomenonally brilliant scientist who is profoundly helping to create the new paradigms that will usher in the next version of the Human species. I will be making posts about him quite a lot in the future, since his work is so significant.

This first post is to bring everyone's attention to a fantastically belief-shattering, paradigm-shifting series of videos on Spiritube called "The Biology of Perception", which is broken into 7 parts. Lucky for you all that I am posting direct links to all 7 videos, so no need to search around for them yourselves.

These videos will change your life forever. Period. Their information is that important. What he is expressing in these videos are concepts that I intuited quite some years ago, and have only recently had validation from various sources, Bruce Lipton included.

Have fun watching them, and let me know what you think.

PS: If you would like to receive updates from my blog, you can "follow" it via the little widget to the right.

Transformative Practices: Personal Transformation, Collective Evolution

Transformative Practices: Personal Transformation, Collective Evolution

For untold millennia people in every region and era have originated and refined diverse practices for the purpose of accelerating their own individual learning, growth, development, expansion, refinement, and betterment.  Many of these practices, which have rightfully been termed "transformative practices," have had profound, and often very demonstrable, effects in the lives of innumerable people across time and space.  Much to our great fortune, many of these transformative practices have survived into our present age.  Additionally, due our present age being a nexus time period where basically everything from everywhere is available to us on a daily basis, there is an astounding kaleidoscope of these transformative practices from which any individual can choose when crafting a personal practice.

Some examples of transformative practices include, but are most definitely not limited to the following (not alphabetized):

Raw Foods/Green Foods/Superfoods
Fermented Foods
Natural Vitamins, Minerals, Phyto-nutrients, Herbs, Teas, etc...
Brainwave Entrainment/Hemispheric Synchronization
Natural Entheogens (Mushrooms, Peyote, Ayahuasca, et...)
Energy Psychology Techniques (EFT, TAT, BSFF, WHEE, Psych-K, etc...)
Neuro-Linguistic Programming
Naturism/Nudism/Free Body Culture
Dream Work/Lucid Dreaming
Out-of-Body Exploration
Water Programming
Chanting/Toning
Living as Physically Immortal
Shamanic Work
Healing and Transformative Sounds/Music, Images,/Art, Words/Books
Subliminal/Paraliminal Affirmations/Suggestions
Story-Telling
Hypnosis
Ecstatic Dance/Movement
Intentionally Directed Questioning and Answering
Being in/Connecting to Nature
Channeling/Mediumship/Non-Ordinary Communication/Intentional Contact
Enemas
Journaling
Deep Travel/Cultural Assimilation/Being a Cultural Chameleon
DNA Activation/Epigenetic Clearing/Energy Blueprint Clearing and Programming
Conscious Reality Creation/Manifestation/Visualization/Affirmations/Intentionality
Meditation/Silence/Stillness
Yoga (immense depth and breadth here)
The (5,6,7) Tibetan Rites

Aikido
Hapkido
Tantra/Sacred Sexuality/Erotic Spirituality/Taoist Sexual Practices
Polyamory
All-Chakra Poly-Tantra/Sacred Swinging
Kundalini Activation
Tantric Full-Body Massage
Polarity Therapy

When practiced individually, these various activities can have immensely beneficial effects in the multiple domains of a person's life.  When they are combined, however, something amazing happens.  A synergy is created that does not occur if any of them are practiced alone.  The most significant effects are felt when transformative practices that activate or exercise different aspects of being are utilized together.  This is the idea behind Integral Transformative Practice (ITP) and Integral Life Practice (ILP).  Based on their experiences at Esalen Institute, George Leonard (August 9, 1923-January 6, 2010) and Michael Murphy created and refined Integral Transformative Practice.  The idea behind ITP is that the more diverse and distinct domains or aspects of being that one simultaneously activates or exercises, the more accelerated one's learning, growth, and development becomes.  It also dramatically increases the possibility of positive transformation, the development of expanded human capacities, and reaching new levels of consciousness.  Using ITP as a jumping off point, Ken Wilber and other integral evolutionaries at the Integral Institute created Integral Life Practice, which refined ITP into a very efficient, modular, scalable system of personal transformation and development.

Although there have always been those who have been aware of the effect on the world of their individual, personal practices, it is only fairly recently that  we as a global civilization and as a species are realizing that our daily, individual, personal practices do indeed have an immensely profound effect on Humanity as a whole.  This is true for multiple reasons.  Firstly, we are all deeply and intimately interconnected with everyone and everything because we originate from the same great Source.  Secondly, as part of the global living systems, we are plugged in to what is happening on any part of the Earth.  Thirdly, being a part of the Human species, we are all connected via the Collective Human Consciousness that unites like the cells in one body.  This overarching, connective collective consciousness can, perhaps, be better understood in terms of Rupert Sheldrake's morphogenetic fields, which have a great deal of experimental evidence to support them in all the organizations of Nature. On top of this is the fact that there is no such thing as objective reality.  Everything you experience "out there" is simply a reflection of what is going on within you.  From your perspective, you create it all.  You are the world, the world is you.

Going from separate individual transformative practices, to combined integral transformative practices, to what I will now term evolutionary transformative practices, we see ever greater (w)holism, integration, and synergy, as well as constantly accelerating individual transformation and collective evolution.  In basic terms, we are realizing that our individual transformation is, in actuality, the collective evolutionary awakening and development of our entire species.  The expression, "we're all in this together," has never had more validity.  Simple things can have profound effects, simple practices can change everything. What we do, think, feel, learn, and accomplish directly affects every single person on the planet.  Read that again, and sit with it for a bit to let it settle into your mind. Every day, as you go about your day, keep in mind the effect you are having on the greater consciousness of Humanity as a whole.  The future of our species on this planet is squarely in your hands.

We Are Exactly Where We Need To Be...

Global climates are becoming increasingly destabilized.  Global temperatures continue to rise at an alarming rate, melting the ice caps of the world and raising sea levels.  Deserts of the world continue to grow, while forests disappear.  200-300 (approximately 100,000 species per year, putting us squarely in the middle of the 6th Great Mass Extinction, according to the fossil record) species are becoming extinct every day just due to tropical forest destruction.  The oceans of the world are dying due to pollution and massive overfishing.  Acid rain continues to destroy temperate forests worldwide.  Human overpopulation combined with an immensely unsustainable civilization grow like cancerous growths upon the face of the Earth.  Ecosystems worldwide are disappearing in the face of "progress", unsustainable use, and pollution.

Our monetary-based global economy, our addiction to petro-chemicals, our backward allopathic drug/surgery-based "health care" system, our governmental and political systems are ruled by the lust for power, control, manipulation, and profit at all costs.  Global economies are on the brink of collapse.  Human health, fitness, wellness, and vitality are drastically on the decrease, while sickness, diseases, illness in one form or another are increasing dramatically in most industrialized societies worldwide.  Our food, water, air, and living spaces are contaminated to truly astounding levels with both chemical and electromagnetic toxins, not to mention mental and emotional poisons that are all too often overlooked.  Misuse of power, greed, ignorance, manipulation, hatred, revenge, war, genocide, famine, starvation, epidemics, suffering, pain, loss, violence, injustice, dogma, control, propaganda, boredom, monotony, misinformation, lies, shortsightedness, laziness, and a horde of other not-so-nice patterns are so prevalent in our world as to be ridiculously considered "normal" or "just the way things are".

From all outward appearances our civilization seems to be at the beginning stages of its self-annihilation.  Outward appearances can be quite deceiving, however.  While it is indeed true that if we do not successfully surmount our global challenges very, very, very soon, we will destroy ourselves as a civilization, again (by again I mean that, just as there are reincarnational individuals, there are also reincarnational civilizations).  This time period, from my perspective, is a phenomenal time to be alive on Earth for multiple reasons. This is a nexus time period where the societies of the world have at their fingertips all of the cultures, sciences, philosophies, religions, traditions, practices, knowledge, understanding, world-views, information, techniques and experiences of billions upon billions of individuals, groups, and societies worldwide.  Added to this there is an ever increasing awareness of people in every corner of the globe.  More and more individuals are awakening to their true natures - to their freedom, beauty, power, and interconnectedness every day.  These individuals are beginning to find others like themselves, and they are forming groups and communities.  More awakened people awaken others in an ever increasing ripple effect, not only through direct or indirect contact, but also through our shared collective consciousness or morphogenetic field.

The integration of everything we as a species have learned, experienced, created, done, been, and understood, along with the combined effects of the ever increasing stress placed upon our global system and the exponentially increasing levels of consciousness are setting the stage for something truly momentous.  We are on the verge of making a quantum evolutionary leap (by "quantum" I mean to express a jump from one level of organization to another with no intermediate stage) to the next stage of our development - to becoming the next version of the Human species on this planet.

While adaptation occurs in Nature quite quickly when there minor stresses, quantum evolutionary leaps occur when major stresses appear for a species, after which there is a usually extended period of stasis once again where little change occurs.  When these stresses reach a certain critical level, the species either becomes extinct or it jumps to a new level of organization.  The stresses act as a catalyst for growth and development.  It is the same with us.  The present stresses in the world are about to reach the same sort of critical level, at which point we as this version of the Human species will disappear, or make this quantum evolutionary leap to something we may as yet not even be able to imagine.

While the challenges that we face are indeed quite daunting, and it is possible that we may not succeed, the probability of that we will increases with the intentional, conscious choice to awaken to what is possible made by each individual.  Your conscious intention and choice to awaken to your true nature, to your true potential, is what will catapult us to this inconceivably vast next stage.

These are phenomenonally amazing times, and we are exactly where we need to be...enjoy the ride!

Eros Awakening - The Evolutionary Impulse Becomes Conscious

Hello radiant goddesses and gods.  My name is Tydyn Rain St. Clair, and I am here to heal the Earth and awaken Humanity to Intentional Conscious Transformation and Evolution.  This is my life's work.  Everything I have learned and experienced and attempted to do in my life up to this point has been, consciously or unconsciously, directed toward accomplishing this goal.  Every day when I get up in the morning, and after I do my 5 Tibetan Rites, I voice a prayer/chant/intention, which goes something like this, "May we all awaken, may we all awaken, may we all awaken.  May we all awaken to who and what we truly are.  May we all awaken to our infinite potential.  May we all awaken to the next stage of our development as a species.  May we all awaken to Intentional Conscious Transformation and Evolution.  May we all awaken, may we all awaken, may we all awaken...".  The actualization of those words is my greatest purpose in this life.

This blog is intended for those who feel a similar internal impetus to awaken their fellow brothers and sisters to what is possible.  The constantly increasing intensity and acceleration of the energy in the world is becoming palpable, almost impossible not to notice, even by the most physically-focused among us.  These are exceedingly exciting times, indeed.

When I say Intentional Conscious Transformation and Evolution, I desire to express our intentionally-directed, conscious personal transformation and collective evolution as a species.  We, both individually and as a species, are just beginning to realize and truly understand our power to shape our destinies.  I want to reacquaint you, and everyone else on this glorious planet, with your true natures - with your true beauty, power, freedom, and interconnectedness.

The name Eros Awakening is my term for this integral global awakening.  Eros is our evolutionary impulse, expressed in myriad ways across time and space.  It is the passion to learn, grow, develop, expand, explore, refine, and better ourselves and our species.  It is the lust for life, the enthralling erotic dance, the desire to be, and feel, and know.  Up until this point in our species' development (at least in this version of history and prehistory) our individual transformation and our collective evolution as a species has been an unconscious process.  We have not been aware of the how or why, nor the direction the sails of our destinies have taken us.  This is changing now.  We are becoming aware that we can indeed direct the process, and the potentials of what is possible are staggering our minds.

I welcome you all to the birth of the next version of the Human species.
